HC4Youth is community-based program dedicated to providing underserved youth with opportunities to reach their full potential by partnering with community leaders, schools, peer groups and agencies in effort to prepare youth for a better future without limits.  We are dedicated to educating, engaging, and empowering our youth for success and achieving their dreams.
 

HC4Youth engages in community service activities supporting other youth organizations and our “Youth Community Give Back Program”.  This program allows youth to volunteer and give back to the community by providing services and hosting youth conferences in areas such as; but not limited to: Teens and Technology, Peer-To- Peer Teen Talks, Clothing Off My Back Give-A-Ways for underserved youth in our local communities.

HC4Youth believes the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow!
