In order to help us continue to connect hearts for the youth, women, men and seniors we have packages that allow you to impact the community directly.

Mentor Qualifications

Must adhere to all rules set forth by Hearts Connected 4 Humanity regarding the mentoring program.
Must be at least 30 years of age or older
Must be currently employed, accomplished, and able to lend significant life experience to youth.
Must commit to a full year of mentorship.
Must commit to assisting mentee to develop an Individual Person Plan; a series of goals to assist youth acquire life goals.
Must commit to interacting with mentee at least once per week and face-to-face meetings at least twice a month.
